This hotel was designed to embrace and capture the unique story of the property and the authentic spirit of the city of Baltimore. Elements of the prosperous industrial past as well as its patriotic role in American history are woven into the hotel’s interactive design empowering visitors to engage the spirit of the city they have come to see.

These two stories — the gritty industrial wealth that built Baltimore and the city's historic significance as the birthplace of our national anthem — were pivotal in our design of the hotel.
