Maximôn

Baltimore, Maryland Maximôn

Dining in one of Maximôn's sun-warmed stucco banquets under the shade of a tropical wooden palapa while listening to the trickling sounds of fountains is like a two-hour getaway to Oaxaca or Tulum. Inside, guests meander from one room to the next as if wandering through a grand Spanish Colonial hacienda. Named after a Mayan deity, Maximôn is a Latin American restaurant celebrating the vibrancy and spirit of the region’s culture, food and design.

Stepping off the street in Baltimore and through the massive entry into Maximôn, guests are immediately transported to South America and enveloped in the sounds, spirits, smells and architecture of another world.

“That is one of Patrick’s best talents, he takes in everything and
sucks it in and just pushes you in a direction that he thinks you
are going be most successful by using his incredible ability.”
