After 18 years in a traditionally appointed home this empty nester was ready for a modern makeover. The original house and furnishings had seen years of its warm, country French aesthetic help them create a comfortable nest to raise their three children. With all of them grown and out it was time to declutter and reimagine the home in a more streamlined, modern way. We kept the beautiful bones but removed the excesses, simplified the furnishings and finishes and embraced the homes new attitude. Like opening all the windows, a wash of fresh, clean air now flows through the home.
